Account and data deletion

You can delete your mobile account directly from the mobile app: Account → Delete mobile account. Alternatively, you can submit a request using the form below.

What is deleted

• Your access to the mobile application (the mobile user role is removed).
• Active sessions / authentication tokens on devices (logout).
• Upon express request: associated account data (username, email, profile picture).
• Upon express request and to the extent that provisions of positive law are not affected: other types of data.

What is retained

Work records (time tracking, leaves) are held by your employer (the data controller) and may be kept in accordance with legal archiving obligations. For complete deletion of this data, you can contact your employer or contact us and we will mediate the request.

Deadline

Requests are resolved within a maximum of 30 days. We confirm completion by email.
