Add-ons can be enabled or disabled from the admin panel anytime, with no penalties. An activated add-on will be billed for that calendar period, regardless of whether it is deactivated prior to the billing period.

Answers to the most common questions about pricing and subscriptions.

Active employees associated with active jobs are counted. Archived or deactivated employees are not counted. This means that if you have 10 employees whose individual employment contract is terminated and only 1 active employee, you will be able to use pontaj.eu with the basic package.
You'll be notified before reaching the limit. You don't lose data - you get a grace period to upgrade or adjust. The Pro plan has no limit: you pay transparently per extra employee.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. An activated upgrade is billed regardless of when it is deactivated. A downgrade will have financial effects from the next billing calendar interval.
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, with no penalties.
Each plan includes access to the last 2 months of data. For companies that need reports from longer periods, 6- or 12-month add-ons are available for a monthly fee.
Data is stored on servers in the European Union.
You can import employees from a file exported by the SAGA C or SAGA PS accounting software. We continue to develop the platform and in the near future we will add import methods (also) from other software.
