Account and data deletion

You can delete your mobile account directly from the mobile app: Account → Delete mobile account.
You can delete your web account directly from the web: Click on the initial of your name or on the avatar of your choice in the upper right → My profile → Delete web account..
You can delete your account from the desktop app directly from the app: Click Documents → My Account → Delete Account..

What to delete

• Your access to the mobile app (the mobile user role is withdrawn).
• Active sessions / authentication tokens on devices (logout).
• On express request: associated account data (user, email, profile picture).
• On express request and to the extent that provisions of positive law would not be affected: other types of data.

What is kept

Employment records (time, leave) are held by your employer (the data controller) and may be retained according to legal archiving obligations. For the complete deletion of this data, you can contact the employer or contact us and we will mediate the request.

Term

Requests are resolved within maximum 30 days. We confirm completion by email.
